How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check its status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every order to an address in the contiguous United States, with no minimum. We can’t currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders outside the US pay the international shipping cost shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Many of our items ship internationally. Checkout shows the shipping cost to your country, or tells you if an item can’t be shipped there. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid on delivery.

Can I return something?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.

Why did my items arrive in separate boxes?

Some products ship from different warehouses, so an order can arrive in more than one box. Each package has its own tracking.

How do I pay?

All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through an encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card number.
